Daley is getting ready to hit the road in a matter of days on his next US tour. Billed as Daley Unplugged, the cross country jaunt will find the British singer flexing his vocals chops in an acoustic setting. To give fans a taste of what to expect, Daley recently recorded a live session at The Joint studios in London and what a savory treat this is.
The tasty musical morsel that he's served up is a cover of Sia's worldwide hit "Chandelier." The oft-covered pop song gets a soulful treatment from Daley who slows things down but turns up the volume on his falsetto. It's that falsetto that sets this performance off and takes it from run of the mill (not that anything Daley ever does could be considered as such) to out of this world, which is par for the course where he is concerned. Pianist George Moore accompanies him, and together they simply create magic.
