Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment (which includes Chance the Rapper) just released a High School Musical-inspired short film that may have you singing and dancing the rest of the day. Chance wrote the film for the group's first single "Sunday Candy" from their upcoming album Surf, and it's just as sweet as it sounds. Directed by Austin Vesely, Ian Eastwood and Chance himself, the video features the crew getting in some fancy footwork, which sets the one-dimensional stage for an elaborate and pleasantly corny performance. With varsity jackets and synchronized moves over the upbeat, piano-heavy track, there's an unlimited amount of kitschy goodness.

If this video doesn't make you happy, we're not sure what will. The single is buttering us up for the group's upcoming album Surf, which from what we can tell should feature some more upbeat tracks to use as a soundtrack for our happy feels. While we wait to see what other goodies we'll get from the crew, watch "Sunday Candy" right here and let us know if it's worth an encore performance.
