Jazmine Sullivan may have wrapped her Reality Show Tour stateside, but that doesn't mean that she's done promoting the album. She recently stopped by the Yahoo! offices to give them a live show of a few selections from her album Reality Show. One song in particular she performed was "Stupid Girl," one of our favorites from the album and one she seems to love to perform acoustically. Backed by only a guitar, she once again gave a dynamic performance, taking us through all of her vocal highs and lows. Though fairly similar to the performance she gave in a New Orleans barbershop for NPR Music last summer, Jazmine still manages to give this take its own unique flavor.
She also took some time to give an interview to Yahoo!. The singer had her bubbly personality on full display during the interview and was all smiles as she talked, touching on meeting President Obama and Lauryn Hill, her slight stalker side, having her music featured on Glee and the inspirations behind various songs from Reality Show, including "Mascara," "Forever Don't Last," "Brand New" and "Dumb."
Check out both her performance and her interview below. Speaking of interviews, if you want to read more about the singer, including what she's doing to prep for her trip Down Under for this year's Soulfest, read our interview with Jazmine Sullivan right here.
