Los Angeles music lovers looking for something to do on Friday nights this summer need look no further than the FIGat7th Downtown Festival, which returns on Friday, July 10th with an amazing roster of free concerts scheduled through the end of August. How amazing? Well, the kick-off concert this year features SoulBounce faves KING and Mara Hruby just to give you an idea of the talented lineup scheduled in the coming weeks.
Each week the FIGat7th Downtown Festival series will have a different theme reflecting the diversity and artistry found in Los Angeles. Week one finds the aforementioned Soul Sirens taking the stage and future weekly performances will feature artists from the Soulection collective led by Andre Power, Future Soul stars such as Anderson .Paak, a Stones Throw night with Mayer Hawthorne DJing and so much more. And believe it or not, all of these live events will be free to the public and you don't even need a ticket to attend. Just show up and plan to turn up.
Presented by Arts Brookfield, to experience the FIGat7th Downtown Festival you'll simply need to go down to the FIGat7th shopping and dining complex in Downtown Los Angeles located at 735 S. Figueroa Street every Friday night starting July 10th through August 28th. It really is that simple.
