This past July, a new bi-monthly event kicked off at Washington, DC's Howard Theatre with the dawning of the Neo Age Showcase. The first event featured an impressive kick-off with Reesa Renee, Aaron Camper, BOOMscat and ShaMain rocking the mic right. Now that it's September, the Neo Age Showcase is back for the second edition to start your Labor Day Weekend out on a high note.
Returning to the Howard Theatre on Friday, September 4th, the next showcase brings four more artists to the world renown stage to do their thing. Slated to appear are DeAngelo Redman, The Amours, Tangina Stone and SoulBounce's very own Bounce-Worthy star and family member Rob Milton. There'll also be another #OneMinuteMic competition to find the best underground talent in the DMV, with the winner receiving a sweet prize package. The evening's hosts will be Gia Peppers and Rodney Rikai, and free D'USSÉ cognac will be flowing all night long, so the turn up could get very real.
