Miguel and Chris Brown are joining forces and, no, it’s not to compare notes and collectively discuss their disdain for Frank Ocean. These two crooners are building and bonding with Future over a remix of Miguel’s “Simple Things,” off of his Wildheart album. Miguel and Chris swap verses about finding a young lady to Netflix and chill with while our boy and J*Davey member Brook D’Leau tweaks the music, bringing new life to the song.
“I don’t need a model / Baby, I don’t need a debutant / Just be a tough act to follow / You know, a free spirit with a wild heart,” Chris sings to get his point across. All three of these gentlemen list off the simple things that they’re looking to do with their significant others and the one common denominator seems to be smoking. So if you’re down to lay up and light up all night, then you may be next in line for some love from these three. But for now, get into this grungy remix and vibe out for the weekend.
