Toronto-based husband and wife duo Once A Tree just released the video for their latest single "For You." Jayli Wolf and Hayden John Wolf tug at your feelings not only with the haunting electronic track but also the fresh visuals featuring a young couple battling all the demons you can imagine. The black and white video documents the couple's love, unfortunately marred by alcohol and drug addiction. While their relationship features some tough scenes to watch and tears for days, it essentially has a more positive message: self-love. With the couple sleeping in an abandoned building with a mattress on the floor, it gets pretty real but that's what makes the emotions more palpable. Shot in their hometown of Toronto and produced and directed by Once A Tree, the video and track compliment each other perfectly.

"For You," which explores themes of enabling, dependency, self loathing and insecurity is from the group's debut EP Thousand Lives, which was released this summer. This is the fourth single and video from the EP, since they've released three previous self-directed videos for tracks "Howling," "Take Me" and "Lie To Me."  It's pretty clear Once A Tree have more than just musical talent and we can't wait to see what else the aritistic husband and wife have in store for us.
