Rippy Austin is bringing us more good vibes and good music. He has made quite a bit of progress since the release of his The Journey album, so it’s only right that he prepares to hit us with something new. “Gliding” is the first single off of his forthcoming sophomore album that is fittingly titled Progress.
Rather than unleashing the song with a typical lyric video, Rippy is showing off another layer of his artistic skillset by presenting an illustration video to accompany this new number. The Los Angeles resident takes a seat at his desk and sketches out the meaning behind each line in his new trap soul song. “What a world outside / I’d rather be inside with you,” he gushes, as he balances singing, rapping, producing and illustrating this remarkable love letter.
