There were many highlights to be had at the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards, but one of the best moments in the show was when Fantasia joined Babyface during his Legend Award performance to sing "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" and "Superwoman." Tasia tore the roof off with a showstopping number that was a hard act to follow. The singer has been delighting audiences around the country with her live show and now she'll bring her talents to the Washington, DC area for a very special cause.
Fantasia and violinist Ken Ford will be a part of the Talking Hands Incorporated presents An Evening to Give on Saturday, December 5th. The event will take place at The Music Center at Strathmore and feature live music, a silent auction and community leader awards. The nonprofit organization Talking Hands Incorporated, which educates, provides resources and supports families with special needs children, will benefit from the gala event.
Tickets to this concert with a cause are almost sold out, but there are still seats left that may be purchased at the Strathmore box office or online via the venue's website. We've also been given a pair of tickets to give away, which DMV Bouncers can enter to win on the next page now.
