MC Lyte, Faith Evans, Ledisi & More To Deliver A 'W.E.A.L.T.H Experience' In The New Year

Hip Hop Sisters Wealth Experience

As we look ahead to the new year, many of us are already making a mental list of resolutions. Although the goals are usually for self-betterment, it usually helps to have a support network in your corner. It's even better if that network can empower you with tools and tricks to ensure your success. This is the idea behind the W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience, a three-day retreat hosted by MC Lyte's Hip Hop Sisters Foundation in partnership with Prudential.

Set against the sunny backdrop of South Beach, Florida on January 2-5, 2016, the W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience seeks to connect " likeminded business partners and friends for goal reflection and spirit renewal through general sessions, workshops and themed events that teach women how to master their personal, business and financial objectives. The experience will leave attendees feeling rich with life changing strategies they will capture through their personal W.E.A.L.T.H. Journals."

Led by celebrity financial coach and Hip Hop Sisters Foundation's CEO Lynn Richardson, the event will also feature a notable roster of industry experts and notable celebrities, including Kelly Price, Faith Evans, Ledisi, Nicci Gilbert, Dr. Robin Smith, Erica Campbell, Lil Mama, Tamika Mallory, Cheryl "Salt" James, Tai Beauchamp, Michele Thornton and Miss Diddy.

MC Lyte hopes that the experience will foster a spirit of community and solidarity among women around the world "as we change the world together." Richardson expounds on the "Womanhood, Expansion, Assets, Leadership, Transformation and Health" principle by saying, "We as Black women have accomplished many milestones, but with all of our accolades and educational accomplishments, wealth is not a term that categorically describes our financial state. The W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience aims to close the wealth gap by providing us with tools, strategies and behavioral changes -- within a safe atmosphere of open communication and honesty -- necessary for the harmony that creates and sustains true wealth."

Sounds like an awesome way to bring in the new year! But tickets are almost sold out, so make sure you set aside some of that Christmas money and treat yourself (or a loved one) to this amazing event.
