BET's Celebration of Gospel 2016 gave praise and worship a primetime platform, bringing encouragement, enlightenment and all-around positive vibes to our airwaves. And while some performances might've caused a few of us to clutch our collective pearls, the genre-crossing line-up of artists who graced the stage were on a mission to spread the gospel to saints and sinners alike. Unexpected duets reigned supreme, but ensemble performances like the heartwarming Andraé Crouch Tribute – featuring notables like Donald Lawrence, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Bebe Winans, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Jessica Reedy, Geoffrey Golden, Tamela Mann, Kurt Carr and Blanche McAllister-Dykes – as well as the crowd-pleasing "War" closer with Charles Jenkins & Fellowship Chicago, Tasha Page-Lockheart and Heavenly Joy stood out in a mighty way.

Another group that electrified the audience included Travis Greene, Tye Tribbett, Jonathan McReynolds and Chrisette Michele. The dynamic artists were on hand to join Greene for a performance of his GRAMMY and Stellar-nominated song "Intentional." The multi-talented singer/pastor opened with a persuasive solo before Ms. Michele joined him on stage to belt out her jazzy interpretation. McReynolds followed with guitar in tow, delighting the crowd with his stirring tenor before Tye Tribbett shifted the atmosphere, lighting up the stage with his fiery delivery. A rousing reggae flip further engaged the crowd as the singers united their voices for a dazzling finish. You can check out the incredible performance below as well as an encore of the entire program TONIGHT on BET at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
