It's hard to believe, but it's already been six months since the release of Angie Stone's most recent album, Dream. The collection turned out to be a refreshingly good R&B album that wound up on our Best Albums of 2015 year-end tally. In case you didn't get past the first single "2 Bad Habits" to discover all the treasures on Dream, Angie Stone is hoping to renew interest in the project with a lyric video for the song "Think It Over."
The song finds Stone in the midst of a rocky relationship but still wanting to work things out because she's invested. She gives her man lots of food for thought and lets him know that he's about to lose his ride or die chick unless he gets his mind right and makes some decisions. While he ruminates, the lyric video shows images of couples in both good and bad times mixed in with photos and video of Angie Stone while the lyrics are displayed throughout. It's a pretty basic lyric video, but here's to hoping that "Think It Over" gets a official visual and that more singles are released from Dream soon.
