Bassist, singer and all-around dope chick Esperanza Spalding is taking her show on the road again this fall on a 27-date tour that will see her performing in dates across North and South America. She will kick things off this upcoming weekend with a performance at the Richmond Jazz Festival in Richmond, Virginia on August 13th. The tour comes on the heels on the release of Spalding's phenomenal fifth studio album, Emily's D+Evolution, back in March and a successful international run in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe and North America.
