'Masters Of Ceremony' Concert Will Bring Rick Ross, Method Man, Redman, Rakim & More To Brooklyn

Where can you find Rick Ross, Method Man, RedmanSuper Cat, Jungle Brothers and The Pharcyde all on the same bill? Well, if you're in Brooklyn on October 22nd, then the answer is at the Barclays Center for the third Masters of Ceremony concert.

Organized by Adam Torres Concerts & Marketing Group, the event's purpose is to bring together the biggest names in boom-bap and dancehall. You'll be sure to be transported back to the yesteryears of hip-hop thanks to performances by House of Pain, Mobb Deep, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, M.O.P., Jim Jones and N.O.R.E., who round out this star-studded lineup. Legendary MC Rakim, who has performed at past Masters of Ceremony concerts, will return for this year's show as well.

In the past, the event has also run as a national tour, with Big Daddy Kane, Special Ed, Naughty by Nature and Biz Markie sharing the stage. No word yet on if this year's show will also transition to tour.

Tickets for the 2016 Masters of Ceremony concert are set to go on sale on Friday, August 19th at 10 a.m. EST, so be sure to cop yours if you want to be in the house. They can be purchased online on the Barclays Center site, Ticketmaster or by phone. If you're in the New York City area, they can also be purchased at the Barclays' box office beginning Saturday, August 20th at noon.
