Songstress Tiffany Evans doesn’t mind doing a cover of your fave’s latest hit and making it her own. She’s done some decent work remaking Chris Brown’s “Back to Sleep” along with a little too good of a cover of Van Hunt’s “Down Here (In Hell With You).” Hit or miss, Ms. Evans’ vocal talent is ever-apparent. However, this time, Ms. Evans is using The Weeknd’s hit single “Starboy” as a vehicle to get some things off her chest and declare herself a “Stargirl.”

Over Daft Punk’s original production, our girl spits big ish, reciting, “Feeling like I’ve got a lot to say right now / B***hes so pressed they wear me out / Then they throw shade and they run they mouth / Make a couple songs that will never call out.” Don’t hurt ‘em, Tiff.

With the release of “Stargirl,” Tiffany teases us with much more to come from the artist. Last year, the former teen star released her All Me EP, which included the singles “On Sight” featuring Fetty Wap, “Baby Don’t Go” and the woman scorned anthem “Red Wine.” We respect our girl’s hustle and look forward to the heat she’s got coming in 2017.
