R. Kelly brought his Buffet Tour to Washington, D.C.'s Verizon Center on Sunday, November 13th. Although Kellz fans were excited to see him back in the DMV and expected a fresh show, this stripped-down concert with no band, background singers or dancers felt more like lame leftovers.
