After announcing his upcoming album and releasing its lead single "Drinkin'," JMSN is back with a second release from the project. The single entitled “Where Do U Go” serves a bluesy vibe, laced with a powerful string accompaniment that aches like the soul of one losing love. The multi-talented artist is smooth and reflective as he sings, “Every time you leave me baby, I said every time you go / I wonder if you’re coming back to see me, I wonder where you go.” Much like "Drinkin'," the mood of this track provides the perfect soundtrack for a little brown liquor love. This is all very fitting given that, lyrically, the tune is sure to send listeners searing back to painful memories of past love.
JMSN’s new album Whatever Makes U Happy is set to be released April 28th on his self-founded label, White Room Records. The Detroit singer, producer and songwriter wrote, produced, arranged, engineered and mixed everything on the project, and with the release of two solid singles, we couldn’t be more excited to hear it.
Weeks after the drops the album, JMSN will set out on a promotional tour in May aptly titled the Drinkin’ With JMSN Tour. The run will include 23 shows across North America and will feature his White Room Records artists Alcordo and QUIÑ, as well as Stones Throw Records artist Gabriel Garzón-Montano on specific dates.
