Kelly Rowland Debuts Book 'Whoa Baby!' & Talks Motherhood on 'The View'

Adding "author" to the growing list of talents she possesses, our girl Kelly Rowland just released her book Whoa, Baby!: A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out (And Wonder What the #*@& Just Happened) this week. She teased the book back in December, which she co-wrote with her Ob-Gyn Dr. Tristan Emily Bickman to reveal the behind-the-scenes realities of motherhood in their book.

Kelly is currently on the promo train for the book and appeared on The View yesterday to chat about Whoa, Baby!, motherhood and women's rights. "I started journaling everything that happened to me, emotionally, physically, spiritually, afterward and teamed up with a publisher and I'm so excited I get to add author to my name!" she said on the show. Also, Kelly says "yay!" to breastfeeding in public and talks about how her son Titan calls her "money."

If you want to grab your copy and meet Kelly, the new author has a book signing in New Jersey today and another one in Los Angeles on April 19th. She's also been in Sydney, filming season 6 of The Voice (Australia). Outside of being an author, songstress and forming girl groups, she'll also be launching her own beauty brand, F.A.C.E: For All Created Equal, very soon. Oh, and she's working on her fifth studio album, too. That's all in a day's work for Kelly. You can scoop up Whoa, Baby! from your favorite bookstore right now and watch the songstress talk about the book in her own words on The View right here.
