Moonchild Have The 'Cure' For The Common Video

Moonchild, the jazzy, soulful Los Angeles trio consisting of Amber Navran, Andris Mattson and Max Bryk, wooed us last month with their smoothed out jam "Cure." It's the first spin from their upcoming Voyager, and what a listen it is. The song, about finding a love the soothes away the pain of heartache, is Moonchild at their blissful best. The group channels the song's peaceful feel with a video that matches the vibe perfectly.

We find the crew on a road trip of sorts. Their journey leads them away from the city and into the calmness of nature. Luckily, they brought their instruments along for the ride. Once they pull them out of the vehicle, Moonchild proceeds to jam like only they can. Amber, decked out in all red, is the focal point of the clip as she sings her dulcet melody, reassuring us that heartache does, in fact, have a cure. The fellas, meanwhile, lay down the track and delight in their surroundings with Amber as the sun shines brightly in the California sky. It's not the usual business that you'd get with a typical music video and we couldn't be happier.

Voyager is set to arrive via Tru Thoughts on May 26th. While we wait to see what Moonchild has in store, chill out and watch the visual for their "Cure" right here.
