For the most part, everyone has been feeling SZA's debut CTRL. The album, which debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, also yielded many fan favorites, including singles "Love Galore" and "Drew Barrymore." However, the track that most people are gravitating to is the side chick anthem "The Weekend." The song, which she performed at this year's BET Awards, finds SZA singing about dealing with somebody else's guy after wifey's put in her time Monday through Friday. Though somewhat scandalous, the song is relatable and now it's gotten a smokin' hot remix from Zikomo.

Zikomo, who's hit us with some of our favorite remixes of recent years — including flips of Childish Gambino's "Terrified" and Janet Jackson's  "Got 'Til It's Gone," switches up the song's slow jam groove considerably. He starts by looping the catchy "my man is my man is your man is her man too" to introduce the cut before switching it all up with a shuffling house beat. Phrases from SZA's vocal are chopped and repeated to further add some texture and keep things flowing quite nicely. While we were definitely on board for the original, we can't deny that this remix is a definite bop.
