Nelly's Accuser Drops Investigation, But He's Still Not In The Clear

Last week saw rapper Nelly being accused of raping a female fan on his tour bus during a stop in state of of Washington. This week, it was revealed that Nelly's accuser wishes to drop the the investigation. She's not recanting her statement, however. Instead, she feels as if the case won't be properly be investigated, especially due to Nelly's high profile. Though she may be dropping her case, the "Country Grammar" rapper isn't in the clear just yet. If authorities still wish to pursue a case against Nelly, her refusal to testify will make the case going to trial more difficult but not impossible. #QuiteTheDilemma
