Ugly Christmas sweaters make a statement at any holiday event. But what about one that takes a stand…or rather, a knee? Inspired by Colin Kaepernick and other athletes taking a stance against police brutality against minorities, Nas' apparel brand HSTRY Clothing has crafted a not-so-ugly Christmas sweatshirt showing Jolly Old Saint Nick getting his kneel on. And, if that wasn’t already the gift that keeps on giving, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the $45 sweatshirt will go to The Hope Program, a non-profit organization that creates employment opportunities and career training for at-risk youth and formerly incarcerated New Yorkers. — Ken Hamm
