Q-Tip Is A Little Salty About A Tribe Called Quest Being Snubbed By GRAMMYs
With the announcement of GRAMMY nominations, there's always a bit of controversy about who was — and who wasn't — nominated. This year was no different. A Tribe Called Quest frontman Q-Tip was especially salty about the complete snub of the group's final album, We Got It from Here...Thank You 4 Your Service. The rap icon took to Instagram with a multiple video rant about the snub, calling everyone from the Recording Academy to 9th Wonder out. “I’m sick of y’all f**king Grammy n****s, man,” he said. “You got us to get out there to perform last year and s**t and y’all don’t give us no f**king nominations? What happened?” While many celebrated what seemed like the GRAMMYs finally getting it right, we can't say that he doesn't have a point. #TellEmWhyYouMadSon
