By now, you've probably binge-listened to Daniel Caesar's album Freudian an unhealthy amount of times. To ensure you keep listening, the Canadian crooner dropped in on BBC Radio 1xtra's Maida Vale Studios to perform three cuts from the album. Along with a small band, Daniel joined Jamz Supernova to give us stellar performances of "Get You," Best Part" and "We Find Love/Blessed."
For "Get You," Daniel effortlessly sings along to the bass-heavy foundation of the track and lays his feelings bare minus Kali Uchis. By the end of the performance, Daniel lets his vocals build up until he brings them back down to sing the sweet chorus in a solidly beautiful tone. During "Best Part," the singer holds it down on yet another cut missing his female counterpart. Although he's without H.E.R., Daniel does play guitar and keeps the energy high with his signature sound. For his third performance, Daniel sings his way to our hearts for "We Find Love/Blessed" where he blends the two tracks with ease. He steadily leads us into praise by the end of it all, and we're left with nothing but gratitude that this live experience was captured on video.
Daniel is currently on tour and on his way to Asia to perform more sold out shows, which has been the trend on most of his tour dates.
