It's been a whole year since GRAMMY winner Kendra Foster delighted the DMV with two performances at Blues Alley. Fans of the soul funkstress will be glad to know that she's coming back to the historic D.C. venue to do it again on Wednesday, February 28th. Kendra will perform two shows that night, at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., and is guaranteed to turn them both out with her genre-bending live show.
