Big Sean To Open Movie Theater In Detroit

Big Sean always puts on for his hometown of Detroit and he's doing so once again with the announcement that he is building a new movie theater in Detroit proper to inspire the youth in the town. "We want to do something revolutionary with it," Sean told The Detroit Free Press. "We don't want to just make it a movie theater, traditionally. We also want it to be a hub for entertainment for the whole community. We want people to have an incentive to go the extra miles, to travel into Detroit." While he's still in the process of scouting for sites for the theater, which is planned to open in 2020, it will be named The Sean Anderson Theater, powered by Emagine in honor of the rapper. #SeanDonGivesBack
