SoulBounce Exclusive: Show Tyme Makes A Soulful Plea On 'Come On Home To Me'

The great philosopher Janet Jackson once said, "You don't know what you've got 'til it's gone," and there may be no truer statement. That is certainly the case for singer Show Tyme who feels every bit of that sentiment in his new song "Come On Home To Me." You see, he made some stupid mistakes and his lady rightfully left him, but after three days he has come to his senses and is begging and pleading for her to come home. The singer born Lethel Brooks is hoping to win her back with his soulful crooning in the vein of sangers like Anthony Hamilton and Calvin Richardson. He may just be on to something, and we see the scenario play out in the music video for "Come On Home To Me," which SouBounce is presenting as an exclusive world premiere.

The visual starts off with Show Tyme sitting on the edge of his bed with his head in his hands in the universal pose for "I effed up." Throughout the clip directed by The Last American B-Boy, we watch Show Tyme and his lady in happier times mixed in with scenes of him alone with only a bottle of liquor to keep him warm and caught up in his emotions. Without her, his life went from sugar to s**t real quick, but this contrite song is his attempt to get her back. Will she, in fact, come on home to him? Watch to see how it all plays out in the end or if Show Tyme ends up playing himself.

"Come On Home To Me" is a single from Show Tyme's upcoming independent album release Love Truth. The project will be his solo debut and is scheduled to drop on June 15th. Pre-order Love Truth now on iTunes. Stay up on Show Tyme and his music moves with follows on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
