Kandace Springs Finds Beauty In The 'Breakdown' & Readies Fall World Tour

Kandace Springs is basking in the glow of praise for her recently released sophomore album, Indigo. The eclectic collection spans genres and showcases some of Springs' best work. One of the standout tracks from the album is the tender song "Breakdown." Kandace pleads to a loved one not to shut down or shut her out and to be there for her in her time of need. "If I fall, if I break / You don't even know the mess I made / Just say you'll stay here / Don't break down on me," sings Springs on the chorus, candidly sharing her feelings.

"Breakdown" is Kandace's current single and the latest to get a visual treatment. Instead of going the dramatic route as she did in the music video for "Don't Need The Real Thing," she keeps it simple for "Breakdown." What the video lacks in a storyline is made up in its sheer beauty. The camera focuses on Kandace and her fierce fro as she sits in the sunlight at a white grand piano adorned with flowers or casually strolls by graffiti-plastered walls. The eye-catching scenery doesn't take any attention away from the song thanks to her heartfelt delivery.

Fans of Kandace Springs can witness her heart and soul live in person when she goes on tour to support Indigo at the end of the month. Her fall world tour will take the singer/songwriter/musician across North America through November before she hits Europe and wraps things up in Asia in December.
