Barack & Michelle Obama Land Exclusive Podcast Deal With Spotify
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama may no longer be in the White House, but the former first couple is still making power moves. Their latest comes with them announcing a new venture with Spotify. The Obamas' production company Higher Ground will be making podcasts exclusively for the streaming platform. Under the deal, they will develop, produce and possibly even host podcasts on a variety of subjects (given their love for music, we're sure that will play a part as well). "We’ve always believed in the value of entertaining, thought-provoking conversation," President Obama said in a statement. "It helps us build connections with each other and open ourselves up to new ideas.
