It's hard to believe that ONE Musicfest has been rocking Atlanta for a decade. It seems like the festival, which brought a who's who of music's best and brightest to its stage in that 10-year span, just started yesterday. But you'd best believe that ONE Musicfest will be celebrating this milestone with one of the best lineups it has ever had.
The stars are coming out in droves this year, with the festival boasting some of the best in hip-hop and R&B to ever do it joining them this September. Repping for the soul of it all is Raphael Saadiq, Teyana Taylor, Ari Lennox, Queen Naija, Musiq Soulchild, Summer Walker and A&R legend KP The Great — who will be bringing some of his very famous friends to the stage (including Pharrell Williams and Usher) for an all-star jam session. As if that list of names wasn't worth the price of admission alone, the festival is also doing it big on the hip-hop front. The biggest draw is a 25th anniversary performance by Shaolin's finest Wu-Tang Clan as well as a much-talked about reunion of Memphis' own Three 6 Mafia with Juicy J, DJ Paul, Gangsta Boo and Crunchy Black all set to be in attendance. They've also got new school rappers like Rae Sremmurd, Gucci Mane, Tory Lanez and many more also representing.
Surprisingly, all those names are just the tip of the iceberg, with the two-day event including so many more performers and even a Florida all-stars set featuring Trina, T-Pain, Trick Daddy and a yet-to-be-announced special guest. Trust us, you want to be in the number. The festival will take place at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park September 7th through September 8th.
