SG Lewis Spends 'One More' Night Out On The Town

Following the release of his debut album times, singer/songwriter/producer SG Lewis follows the frenzy with an accompanying video for one of the album’s standout tracks. "One More" features the legendary Nile Rodgers and takes us through a lively night out on the town. The single erupts with euphoric energy and tells the tale of the all too familiar, and often short-lived, club romance. The Aiden Cullen-directed visual gives new meaning to spotting someone who stands out among the crowd. Lewis and his lovely co-star, model Bar Maldonado, share a moment at the bar and on the dance floor before she vanishes into the night. As the city tends to be much smaller than it appears, in the end, the two reconnect during a chance encounter on a rooftop.

Lewis says “One More” was the first song he wrote for his debut project, and says it set the tone for the entire album. With the clear influence of disco, he notes his collaboration with Nile Rodgers as truly one for the books. He says, “Working with Nile Rodgers was an experience which will stay with me for the rest of my life. To have someone who has influenced not only this album, but my entire career, play on this song is mind blowing.” Rodgers echoes this sentiment and reveals that the two have actually been working together for a couple of years. He adds, “I love how effortless and cool this song is” and shouts out “the awesome Julian Bunetta and John Ryan,” who co-wrote the song along with the two of them.
