2021 ESSENCE Festival Of Culture Virtual Experience To Welcome Mary J. Blige, D-Nice, Jazmine Sullivan & More To The Stage

As the world slowly begins to open up, many of us are anxiously awaiting the return of our favorite live events and festivals. Though some brands and promoters will welcome patrons in-person this summer and into the fall, the good folks over at ESSENCE have decided to once again hold the ESSENCE Festival of Culture virtually. The innovative and interactive celebration of the “resilience, power and achievement of our community and the omnipresence of our culture” is presented by Coca-Cola and will stream on ESSENCEStudios.com and ESSENCE.com over the course of two weekends, June 25th-27th and July 2nd-4th.

DJ Khaled & friends are set to join in on all the fun, while the King of Club Quarantine D-Nice will most certainly keep the vibes going as only he can.

The festival’s interactive experiences, such as the Essence Wellness House, the Beauty Carnival and the Entertainment All-Access stages, will feature appearances from Mary J. Blige, Angela Yee and Adrienne Bailon. The Queen of Bounce Big Freedia while also grace the stage, as well as Tiana Major9, Miss Lawrence, Sarah Jakes Roberts and more. In the spirit of giving back, live activations available only to New Orleans and Louisiana residents honoring essential workers and first responders will be integrated into the virtual experience ‎during both ‎weekends. ‎‎Once again, this year’s festival promises to be another unforgettable experience.
